We also store medical records you may have provided, and your IP Address will be recorded by our web server when you use our website.
This information is obtained for the purposes of maintaining our contract with you to provide and improve our services for you. This includes ensuring that you receive information via email on your purchases, bookings, class reminders, package expiration and cancellations.

Your personal data is stored securely within Acuity Scheduling, our booking software, and Square Space, our online email platform. This allows us to manage our ongoing business and provide an efficient service to you. When personal information is processed, it is protected through the use of encryption, such as the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol.
The data is securely stored and only shared by management and administrative team at Pilates with Antonia, and when necessary, or when required by the law in compliance with provisions of EU GDPR.

We reserve the right to photograph or film during our classes. Prior to using these images for our website and marketing purposes on social media (Facebook, Instagram), we will always ask your verbal or written consent first. We do not use the personal details or names of any client in a photograph on our website, printed publications and social media unless express permission is granted.
